On the menu for breakfast this morning was Dave’s banana chocolate chip pancakes. I simply took a regular pancake recipe and added boiled, mashed banana, and some milk chocolate morsels. I love them, and they received two enthusiastic thumbs up from H & A, who were upset when I didn’t let them scarf down a third helping. Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes
