Rock’n Around the Christmas Tree

It took almost a week, but we finally finished decorating our Christmas tree. Both kids helped hang two big boxes of ornaments.

Some of my favorites are the wooden reindeer. We have all of them, I think. Dasher and Dancer, Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid, Donner and Blitzen, and of course Rudolph!

Other favorites include the “Let it snow” snowman with his oversized black hat and the bloated jester.

Tomorrow morning the boys have basketball practice, and then a visit with their mother. We were told that they will be taking holiday family photos during this visit, so everyone got a haircut after work today.

While the kids are away on their parental visit, I will do some much needed wrapping, heh heh.
